MAY DAY, MAY DAY! We're going down!

Wow.

Can you believe it's already May? This is officially the last month of school for both Melissa and I.

Next year, we will be attending the same school. WEIRRRD!

This week I have been inspired to keep up this thing because I have seen my sisters' blogs (which are adorable, if I say so myself). Our family is seriously lacking on the blogging skills. Since I have basically have written almost all of the posts, I feel it is my responsible to keep everyone informed on what's going on at the Dew residence. 

haha and I love how the only people who read this thing are my sisters Kaitlin and Natalie.

ANYWAYSS

The last time I wrote was in Utah. Oh jeeze, I miss it so much.

Nothing has really happened since then... just the return of WASL. Icky. But it's over and done with.

ALSO

Also..

I have been learning how to salsa dance and let's just say.. I am sooooo excited. It is so fun and the best dancer in class told me I was really good and said I should do ballroom! Let's just say that put a little spring in my step today.

well.

this is now blogging from the infamous Kaitlin Dew's home in Provo, Utah. 

I am so excited that I am down here with my two lovely sisters and my brother-in-law. The whole trip has been super fun and I couldn't ask for a better trip or siblings!

Also, during my adventures of college life, Mormon style, I got my hair cut and colored. Where else can you get a quality haircut for half of the cost?

2. I'm so mad that the Jonas Brothers are so not coming to Portland/Seattle on their new tour.

Family History

So the past few months have made me realize the importance of family history. I'm currently taking a family history class at BYU that has taught me a lot about how to research, verify information, and most importantly, see what temple work still needs to be done. It's been fascinating to see where I've come from and wonder what stories these new-found family members have to tell me. I'm compiling a book of information that I would love help expanding on once we move back to Washington. My Grandma Conover and I talked about starting a family history group to work together once a week. Let me know if you'd be interested in joining. If any of you know my grandma, meetings like this always involve delicious treats!

hello everyone.
It's been a pretty eventful week or so. Well, since the last time I blogged. But, since I am just waiting for my mom to come home and I have nothing else to do, I think I'll fill you in on what's up:

Now for new updates:
Last week was super stressful. I had two major presentations to do for the same class. Icky, but I know I did totally boss. haha yes. But Thursday was Night of the Notables, which was what my presentations were on. It's where the whole Eighth Grade chooses a Notable American in history to do a report on and later, dress up as them and have the parents guess who they are by asking Yes or No questions. It is quite fun. And so I have some pictures from that fabulous night. Can you guess who My friends and I were?


haha. so that pretty much occupied my week.

Brynn's Blog

Well, hello blogging world!

This is the youngest of the Dew girls, Brynn. My sisters totally made us a blog, so I might as well use it. I don't really know what to say, except I am so excited to be going to Utah for my Spring Break. Only like... 22 days away! Hopefully, I'll be able to earn my ticket though. Or else that will be a problem! 

Well, the only really new things with me are that I was chosen to be one of the Students of the Quarter for my school. Don't worry, my mom took about 500 pictures. :/ Wow. Pretty embarrassing. 

And I got a make over by Julie Westra for a Young Women's activity. It was pretty cool, especially since one of our leaders TOTALLY got a make over and looked SMOKIN HOT! haha and now is going to get married to Jared, who bought the ring at Costco.

haha I'll post more pictures tomorrow. I'm too lazy to wait for my mom to upload them all. Also due to the fact that I am mega tired, and this wasn't a very intense week, I think i will stop for tonight.
